How to use:

Step 1

Cut along the dotted line.

Step 2

Dip your foot into the sock

Step 3

Tightly assembled sock around the ankle

Step 4

Wear cotton sock over the special sock 

Step 5

After 2 hours remove the socks and wash gel from your feet.
